Get more information about "The Courageous Kitchen Project" by clicking here: http://wp.me/psd9b-4Gy
Dwight Turner is the founder of In Search of Sanuk, a volunteer charity organization in Bangkok, Thailand, that helps disadvantaged families.
I've been a friend of Dwight's ever since I came to Thailand years ago, our mutual love for food has been a big part of our friendship!
Dwight's latest project is "The Courageous Kitchen," where he, along with the help of some chefs, are teaching underprivileged kids to cook. Along with cooking, they are also learning about ingredients, how to follow directions, nutrition, and other valuable life lessons in the process.
Dwight is helping make a difference in the lives of these children and investing in their future.
I support this project, and stand behind it!
