Fresh off a walk through Osaka's Yakuza paradise in Nishinari, I wanted to see what other "dangerous" neighborhoods the city had. Locals told me about Shinsekai ζ–°δΈ–η•Œ, a place that long ago hosted the World's Fair. Even though it looks like a fairground straight out of Coney Island, Japanese people swear that it's sketchy, especially at night. Many homeless people would come out to bother you, they said. Well, there was only one way to know for sure.
