Wisconsin Foodie - Together Farms

In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we go from farm to plate and explore how the city of Eau Claire, WI is reinventing itself through food. Together Farms is located in Mondovi about 30 minutes from Eau Claire, Farmers Andy and Stephanie Schneider tour us around the farm, explain their philosophy of pasture raising animals and their connection to local restaurants. Then, we travel to Eau Claire with farmer Stephanie as she makes a delivery to Chef Amy Huo of the Informalist. Finally, we head back to Together Farms for their epic Burger Night on the farm.
