Wisconsin island food and culture is our focus for this episode of Wisconsin Foodie. We travel north to Madeline Island to meet with Gip and Lauren, Owners of the Farmhouse Restaurant. Host Luke Zahm stops in to try their cuisine and talk about island life and their cooking philosophy. Luke then heads west to Washington Island to visit with Heidi Gilbertson, owner of the Island Cafe and Bread Company.
