In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Host Luke Zahm and Chef Mary Kastman are on the hunt to remake their tea program at the Driftless Cafe. On their journey they discover farmer Tony DiMaggio of Sacred Blossom in Mondovi. At the cafe, Luke and Mary utilize the Sacred Blossom tea to create two different dishes highlighting Tony’s product.
