Subscribe ► http://foodtv.com/YouTube Get the recipe ► https://foodtv.com/2TYpzUH Welcome to Food Network, where learning to cook is as simple as clicking play! Grab your apron and get ready to get cookin' with some of the best chefs around the world. We'll give you a behind-the-scenes look at our best shows, take you inside our favorite restaurant and be your resource in the kitchen to make sure every meal is a 10/10! Homemade Gummy Bears Total: 45 min Active: 15 min Yield: 100 gummy bears Level: Easy Ingredients 1/2 cup fruit juice, such as cranberry, grape, orange or lemonade 2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin 2 tablespoons sugar Directions Special equipment: two 50-bear gummy bear molds Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup. Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
