Todd Carmichael is celebrating the 20th anniversary of his company, La Colombe, which also marks the 10th anniversary of his marriage to singer Lauren Hart. To mark this historic occasion, Carmichael is on a quest to source an “anniversary” coffee roast. His mission takes him to Zambia, following in the footsteps of Dr. David Livingstone, one of Carmichael’s personal heroes.
