Bourdain’s Love-Hate New York Quest | Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations

Chef Tony Bourdain is a New Yorker at heart; he loves the energy and the soul of New York but lately, he detests the touristy amusement park that New York City is becoming. So he sets off on a quest to rediscover why he loves this concrete jungle. Tony finds himself - much to his chagrin - hanging from a swinging trapeze, a la Carrie Bradshaw in Sex And The City. After all, what is more stereotypically New York than SATC - maybe these ladies knew something Tony doesn't. But after repeated misswings, and gaping flesh wounds to the hands, Tony vetoes the trapeze idea and goes for something a little more 'him' - a great meal with good friends.
