Boil water, add silkworm, stir for 5 minutes, and strain.

Poach the pupas, then deep fry until golden. For assembly, place banana flower, bitter melon, unripe mango, carrot, and onion on a plate. Add a sauce made from fish sauce, kumquat juice, sugar, chili sauce, garlic, and chili. Top with pupa and herbs, pour more sauce on top, and serve with prawn crackers.
